But more comics first please!

Actually, I would want a no-voices cartoon - music as the only soundtrack, and dialogue balloons that write themselves at a speed appropriate to the speech being spoken. Actually, another commenter earlier mentioned a recent video game, Patapon for the PSP (youtube it) is a good example of how I saw it.

For me, though, beyond the voice acting and the animation, the most important thing for an animated Beanworld would be the music. I've always hear tribal signatures when I've imagined it in my head, kind of very similar to a lot of BSG's soundtrack in the first/second seasons.

I would really LOVE a Beanworld cartoon. Looks like Bryan's brainchild is in amazing hands.

Larry, has the possibility of an animated Beanworld ever neared reality? Some of your descriptions in the books suggest you've thought precisely about how things would look in motion, and as an animator I can't help but imagine that whenever I read your work. :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4004575200320231085.post-66293236948457660302008-03-24T02:42:00.000-07:002008-03-24T02:42:00.000-07:00Hi Larry, sorry to dump this in the commments, but ...Hi Larry,

sorry to dump this in the commments, but I'm following up on an email convo we had last year about my blog, Monkey Punch Dinosaur (www.monkeypunchdinosaur.blogspot.com) and your possible contribution to it.

I'm winding the blog down soon - going to stop at monkeypunch #100. I'm at #82 right now, so 18 to go.
