C2E2: Hey, CHICAGOLAND! Trade In One Of YOURS For One of MINE!

I might be CRAZY
but sketches
like
this and this and this
will get YOU one one of
these!

Held over for the time being...here is the deal!

Come by my table in Artist's Alley (D10) at C2E2
and trade-in one of your homemade Beanworld drawings
for a genuine Marder-drawn, signed original sketch of the same character!

Offer open to kids of all ages!

THE DETAILS:
Only one trade-in per person allowed.
If your drawing contains more than one character,
you must decide which single character you'd like as your trade-in sketch.
After the drawing exchange yuu agree
that I can post your sketch in the
Leguminous Fan Art Gallery.
And it would be nice if I could get a snapshot of you and your art too!

My apologies to the artist featured above.
The trade was made at WonderCon and
I still haven't posted the drawings and names from WC yet.
That stuff is in California and I'm in Chicago.

C2E2: Don't Forget!

C2E2: Dark Horse Signing Friday!

SIGN & DRAW!
Friday, April 13
3-4 pm
DARK HORSE booth #458

Collectible FREE sketches on TFAW cards.

Folks have been asking about what other programming I might be doing.
Although I lobbied for some and so did others on my behalf--Beanworld came up empty.
(No Sprout -Butt today!)

I don't think the New York-centric programming board
really quite understood what Beanworld is and
that Chicago is THE Beanworld town in so many, many ways.
(C'est la guerre!)

On a more up-beat note:
I WILL be presenting the new and improved
"The Leguminous History of Larry Marder & the Beanworld!"
at TCAF for those of you that will be attending that con.

And San Diego too, I'm sure.

As far as Chicago goes...oh, well...maybe next time!

Chicago: C2E2!

Don't forget: I'll be appearing at C2E2 this weekend--April 16-18.
Artists Alley: D10

I'm not even sure when Beanworld last set up at a convention in its hometown:
1997 or '98 I think.

Long time.

So long ago, that perhaps the only
FREE Beanworld Action Figures in the line up
were the Beans on the top top tier.

It's Weird! It's Cute! It's...Plush?

Your eyes do not deceive you!
That is indeed lovable, squeezable hand-crafted
"Brite Eyes" PLUSH Beanworld Action Figure.
Should be able to have some in time for SD10.
More details as they develop.

Ask me about them at C2E2...I'll be in Artist's Alley (D10)
